Workout 1B. The Men will start with this workout. "4 minutes of Frun" I am assuming by now you have done "Fran". This is the same but different. The standards will be the same. 95/65# Thrusters and Pullups. The Rep Scheme will be 1 thruster, 2 pullups, 3 thrusters, 4 pullups, 5 thrusters, 6 pullups, and so on. Yes you have to go in order, yes you have to start at 1. You have 4 minutes to complete as many reps as possible. Most reps wins.
